Prepare your abstract

Clear structure.
A focused contribution.

  • Use Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, with a combined maximum of 500 words.
  • List up to eight authors. You may submit more than one abstract.
  • Write the title in title case; omit author, institutional, and proprietary names from the title.
  • You may revise your submission before the deadline.

Figures & graphics

Make every
image count.

Prepare readable figures at the required resolution before uploading.

  • Upload JPG files only, up to 15 MB each, with no more than two images. Multi-panel figures are not permitted.
  • Cite each graphic in the abstract and give it a title. Label table rows and columns using at least 8-point type.
  • Have sketches prepared by a professional artist.
  • Use original, unpublished author-owned images, or obtain written permission from the copyright holder for reused material.

Accepted plenary abstracts receive a five-minute presentation followed by five minutes of discussion.

02 · Poster

Put your findings on display.

Posters are arranged by category in the exhibit hall, without a formal oral presentation.

Presentation arrangements will be communicated to accepted authors.
